Tierra Verde is located at Barangay Bagong Pook, Pila, Laguna.

Located at Barangay Bagoong Pook, Pila, Laguna, Tierra Verde is strategically located to allow easy access to main roads leading to Metro Manila. Within 2-3 hours of driving, one can reach many of Metro Manila’s highlights such as malls and business centers.

Bagong Pook, Pila, Laguna is very close to Laguna de Bay. There are many historical landmarks that can be found in Pila, Laguna such as the Pila Historic Town Center. There is also the San Antonio de Padua de Pila Parish Church, which was constructed in 1578. Aside from that, there is also the Pila Museum which was built as a community effort to preserve the cultural heritage of Pila. Aside from the museums, churches, and the town center, there are also several old ancestral houses built in Pila. Some of those ancestral houses are Casto Maceda / Concha Monserrat house, Corazon Rivera House, Jose Agra / Rosario Villarica house, and Teodora Alava House.

History and archeology lovers will also find Tierra Verde a perfect place to settle into as the area around Laguna De Bay was a prominent site for archaeological excavations. There are 153 graves found dating back from the 12th century.

How to Get There

Take the National Highway from Los Banos and traverse through Bay, Calauan, and Victoria. Go straight ahead to Pila and turn left at Barangay Bagong Pook, which can be easily found right beside RG Gas Station.
